i. Must comply with visa and study permit requirements as prescribed by DepEd Memo No. 2, s. 2010.

iii. Valid Passport

iv. Special Study Permit (SSP) or Special Resident Retiree Visa (SRRV)

v. Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) or I-Card

vi. Authenticated scholastic records with English translation (from the Philippine Embassy)

vii. Full, non-refundable tuition and fee payment upon enrollment

a. Eligible learners include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Learners at risk of dropping out;
• Learners with special educational needs;
• Learners unable to report to school regularly due to medical conditions;
• Learners in emergencies, national emergencies, or conflict areas;
• Learners who experienced circumstances in regular schools that negatively affect their health and well-being;
• Learners who dropped out for personal reasons;
• Learners whose parents/guardians have occupations requiring frequent travel, and
• Learners whose studies are disrupted due to the relocation of parents/guardians, either within the Philippines or overseas (e.g., children of Overseas Filipino Workers).
• In addition, Kindergarten learners may be admitted to the Homeschooling Program provided they meet the age qualification of five (5) years old in accordance with DepEd Order No. 47, s. 2016 (The Omnibus Policy on Kindergarten Education), as amended by DepEd Order No. 20, s. 2018.
