There will be an admission test for School Year 2024-2025. Acceptance to Hua Siong College of Iloilo will be based on the applicant’s academic and conduct records, admission test, and interviews. After the initial assessment of the requirements and the school still sees the need for additional documents, such will be requested and communicated to the parents/guardian via email.
Admission Tests and Interviews will be conducted face-to-face with school’s Guidance Associate at the assigned campus.
The Admission Processing Fee will be Php 300.00 for all grade levels.

Pay the non-refundable/non-transferable Php 300.00 Admission Processing Fee.

Payment can be made through the following options :

An Official Receipt will be issued when payment has been verified. The Official Receipt may be claimed from the school’s Business Office.

STEP 3: Fill out and submit the online Application Form with the requirements attached.

Make sure you already have the application requirements in a clear scanned copy (JPEG, PNG, or PDF file format). For easy identification of documents, name each file of the application requirements in the following format:
LastName_NameofDocument (e.g. DELACRUZ_BIRTHCERT)

Wait for the notification of your admission test and interview schedule via email within 2-3 business days after submission of complete documents.

STEP 5: Admission results will be sent via email 3 to 5 business days after the interview.

All submitted documents in compliance with the admission requirements shall become the property of Hua Siong College of Iloilo and NOT to be returned to the applicant.
