Hua Siong College of Iloilo proudly congratulates 𝐊𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧, 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐯𝐚, 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐢𝐥𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢 𝐃. 𝐉𝐨𝐫𝐪𝐮𝐞 for being the Finalists of this year’s 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗹𝗼𝗶𝗹𝗼 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 (𝗧𝗢𝗦𝗜𝗔).

These four capable young leaders have successfully earned their way into the coveted TOSIA from the online bid screening, essay writing challenge, and interviews.

Out of 50 Junior high school and college nominees from the city and province of Iloilo, only 12 aspiring young leaders were selected as Finalists.

This is an outstanding feat for HSCI! Thank you for bringing pride to our school!
