From July 26 to 30, 2025, Railey served as a Philippine delegate to the 1st World Youth Peace Conference in Beijing and the 11th ASEAN–China Young Leaders Exchange Festival in Xi’an. Held at Peking University and Xi’an Jiaotong University, the events brought together youth leaders from Southeast Asia and beyond for meaningful forums, cultural exchanges, peace-building initiatives, and leadership engagements.
