By stepping into the roles of Iloilo City officials, our student leaders gain valuable insights into local governance, civic responsibility, and public service. Their participation reflects the potential of the youth to lead with integrity, serve with purpose, and make a positive difference in the community.

A flagship project of the Rotary Club of Iloilo City (RID 3850), Rotary Boys’ and Girls’ Week screens student representatives from public and private secondary schools across Iloilo City through a written examination and oral interview. This meaningful initiative provides young leaders with firsthand exposure to public service, local governance, and civic responsibility.

We are proud to see our Red Phoenix represent Hua Siong College of Iloilo and embrace this valuable opportunity. May this experience inspire them to continue developing their leadership skills and embody the values of responsible, dedicated, and compassionate service.
