Reservation for School Year 2023-2024

School Year 2022-2023 is about to end and it is another challenging year by far in running an educational institution. Through it all, Hua Siong College of Iloilo remains steadfast in breaking barriers even during this unprecedented time to give your child the best education.

There will be a full implementation of the Face-to-face classes for School Year 2023-2024 and we are ready for admission and enrollment for next school year.

We are expecting an overwhelming number of new learners who intend to enroll for next school year and as much as possible we would also like to accommodate. In order for us to adequately allocate our faculty and other school resources, we are implementing a RESERVATION POLICY which will give everyone, both old and new learners, an equal chance to avail Hua Siong education.

To secure a slot for your child, please fill out the reservation form provided below and pay an amount of Php 3,000 which is deductible from the tuition and other fees upon enrollment. This reservation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable and does not necessarily mean that your child is officially enrolled.

Reservation for HSCI learners will start on December 5 and will end on February 28, 2023. Original copy of the accomplished Reservation Form and the photocopy of your official receipt must be submitted to your child’s class adviser not later than the last day of the reservation date.

• 所有在怡朗华商学院就读的学生将在学年结束前收到一封预留信，以便为下一学年预留学习时间。
  All learners enrolled at Hua Siong College of Iloilo will receive a Letter of Reservation before the end of the school year to reserve their slot for the next school year.
• 收到预留信并不能保证学生能升到下一个年级。不符合年级审核的学生可以留级。
  Receipt of a Letter of Reservation is not a guarantee that the learner will move up to the next grade level. Learners who do not meet grade level expectations may be retained.
• 每位学员将收取3000比索菲律宾比索的预订费。
  Reservation fee of Php 3,000 will be charged for each learner. The school reserves the right to forfeit a learner’s slot and commit it to new applicants should there be no reservation fee received on the deadline stated in the Letter of Reservation.
• T预留金不退还，不可转让，将从下学年学费及其他费用中扣除。
  The reservation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, but will be deducted from next school year’s tuition and other fees.
• 所有新生可根据可用有限剩下的名额进行预留。
  Reservation will also be open to all NEW LEARNERS depending on the slots available.
• 老生将优先录取。
  Old learners will be given priority for the slots.
